Sadly we experienced the same problem. The tech support isn’t live, and e-mail only. We discovered it’s a hardware/software glitch. We’re returning the garbage product and hope BestBuy pulls the product from their shelves. Sorry for your purchase. Our daughter is sad we need to return her Christmas gift.
