Check to be sure that you've turned off apps that may be running in the background - even better, turn the phone off completely. You should do this at least once a week anyway because it helps the phone reset itself and can clear up most problems with apps, memory and connectivity. See if you're memory is full - a lot of folks carry too much stuff around on their phone - photos and music files and apps - that they don't really need. All the extra "stuff" takes up memory and can also take up processor time - each function required of the phone saps power and drains the battery.

The battery drained really fast and it was actually giving inaccurate battery life/percentage readings. You should be able to take the phone to your provider, an apple store or best buy and they should be able to test the phone. In my case there was no fixing for it so Apple replaced the phone. There's a lot of things running in the background that could be draining your battery that you can turn off.

Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.It may be that you have a weak cell connection. The iPhone searches to maintain network connection and the searching takes battery power. My iPhone drains really fast when there are few cell bars showing (usually one or when the signal comes and goes). When there is a good connection it doesn't drain the battery quickly. I avoid the problem in low cell connection areas by connecting to wifi but if there is not a strong wifi signal to connect to then I would suggest leaving it plugged in over night.

Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.it could be just a bad battery. I had the same problem with my iPhone 5 and Apple had a recall for iPhone 5 that serial numbers matched the problem with batteries. Mine serial number matched and they gave me a brand new iPhone 5.
