The juice pack case does not have Lightning input, as Lightning technology is proprietary to Apple Inc.

No it does not, it uses a micro USB, but it also charges with a wireless pad

No. It comes with a micro USB cable. But it does support wireless charging, which is nice.

Actually take a look on the Mophie website. They have come out with a Mophie juice pack access. you can charge wirelessly and use the lightening port at the same time. It doesn't seem to be available anywhere except Mophie.com at the moment.
