• I use the cord from the mophie and with the case on the phone. Plug into bottom end of phone and it charges both the phone and mophie at the same time.

• Mine is ok. I use wire. You just charge your phone with morphine to 100%, Press the back button to check the morphine charge status. If it’s 4 solid dots, it means morphine is fully charged, if not, keep it plugged in. FYI, morphine is only 1 extra charge.
