“At what point does the juice pack kick in? Everything was fully charged this morning. Four lights on the juice pack. I am now down to 12%. Seems to be normal usage. No evidence of the juice pack kicking in.”

• You have to turn it on. Press & hold the button on the back. You will see that the battery symbol on your phone will look like you’re connected to a charger. This prevents the battery pack from constantly being drained and reserves it for when you need it.

• My prior Mophie had an on/off switch. But, I understand to turn the new one I just purchased on/off, you simply hold down the button on the left of the 4 lights for 2 seconds. Try that
