Your phone is not getting a charge. The Mophie is shot or your cord plug is not making a connection. I would suggest to 1) take the iphone out of the case and charge it separately; 2) blow the connection input areas on the phone and the Mophie. Sometimes dust interrupts the connection; 3) get a new USB cord to charge the Mophie. It may not be making a good connection. I've had about 20 Mophies over the last 5 years so my experience with them is extensive. Good luck.
