On the back is a button if you press it for a few seconds you’ll see your phones charging. Also make sure you charge your mofi case and it has all four lights on it that means the case is fully charged. You can still change your phone if the case isn’t fully charged but you may not get your phone fully charged if your case is not charged

You will see that the battery symbol on your phone will look like you’re connected to a charger. This prevents the battery pack from constantly being drained and reserves it for when you need it.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I’ve only had mine for a week, but from what I can tell the battery doesn’t kick in until you press & hold the button on the back. At that point, you’ll see the battery symbol will look as though it is connected to a charger. Makes sense. If it automatically kicked on, your phone would constantly be draining the back up battery.
