I have seen this issue with other iPhones and it turns out to be the cord itself.

Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. It has nothing to do with the upgrade, the juice is near the end of its useful life, get ready to replace... I have been using these batteries for 4 years and what you are seeing is very typical of the battery. A shame since they cost so much.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I get the same message after I loaded iOS7 but it still charges just fine for me.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Usually goes away if I unplug, then plug it back in. But it IS annoying.

Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.A quick check of the Apple and Mophie sites resulted in a LOT of similar threads. No solutions posted except to contact Mophie directly for potential warranty replacement. The good news is, your issue is not isolated. Bad news is there doesn't appear to be a cause and solution identified yet. My Mophie is working fine with my iPhone 5 which was upgraded to IOS7 on day 1. It worked fine on IOS6 and hasn't given me any problems since (fingers crossed it stays that way). Good luck.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I just updated my phone to iOS 7.0.2 last night (10/5/13) and the Mophie juice pack plus still works just fine for me.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.
