• Use just plain water on a clean soft cloth to clean outer case. That should be all that is required to be on the safe side. Charging the phone is pretty basic, just plug it in as you would with any basic charging usb cable. The phone itself charges first, then the case will charge when the phone is fully charged. These cases are user friendly, uncomplicated & definitely protect your phone as well.

• The juice pack reserve charges via micro USB and can be cleaned with an alcohol wipe.
