It says it's pre-charged. Fully pre-charged or ? null

Depends on how long it's been in the box. Mine was half charged.

Mine came with about a 75% charge.

All of our devices are boxed with a charge but over time that charge will diminish.

the packaging does say it is fully precharged, but depending on item and how long it has been on the shelf. mine came 50 percent charged so i charged it up fully.
