A: Yes, it will come with a micro USB cord that can be plugged into any USB Wall adapter.

A: Can use with iPhone 6 but need separate cable and wall charger unit.

A: At least three or more. It depends how low on power your phone is when you start charging. We were charging 2 phones on and off during the course of a day. The Mophie never ran out of juice.

A: Depends on how long it's been in the box. Mine was half charged.
