Q: QuestionIt the indicator light suppose to blink until it is fully charged. Mine blinks for a few seconds and then nothing. I have not seen it go pass the first dot. The only time I see 4 dots is when I first plug it in to charge it.

Q: QuestionCan I leave the Mophie plugged in and charging indefinitely, until I need to take it with me? i.e., is there any concern to "overcharging" the mophie itself?

• A:Answer We do not suggest using the powerstation as a full time charger, as the powerstation can only charge up to 500 times. A full cycle is when you recharge the battery from 0% to 100%. Partial cycles, like charging from 25% to 100%, will not count as a full cycle until all of the partials equal 100%. After 500 full cycles, the powerstation battery may provide less than 75% of its original capacity. This is normal for any product with a lithium polymer battery.

• A:Answer It provides a 24 hour charge. If not being used, I can still charge devices after several weeks of non usage. I keep it in case I run low on battery and it could be a month before I use it and it always is fully charged ready to go.
