Q: How long does it take to fully charge the Powerstation? Does it take longer the first time?
A: Seemed like it took a full day to charge. Blinking lights on side keep you informed on charge and when all four go solid it's done
A: Hi, Tammy. After connecting the powerstation battery’s micro USB port to a power source, the LED status indicators will start blinking to indicate charging. The lights will turn off after 30 seconds.
Q: How does it work on Iphone the cord only fits into a android.
A: I use it only for my IPhone. I use it for my IPhone X and IPhone 7+. Works great. You just use your regular changer that came with your IPhone.

A: When you push the status button on the powerstation and all four lights light up solid your powerstation is fully charged.
A: Yes. You can take it on board. Just remember to have it removed during when you go thru security.
A: We do not suggest using the powerstation as a full time charger, as the powerstation can only charge up to 500 times. A full cycle is when you recharge the battery from 0% to 100%. Partial cycles, like charging from 25% to 100%, will not count as a full cycle until all of the partials equal 100%. After 500 full cycles, the powerstation battery may provide less than 75% of its original capacity. This is normal for any product with a lithium polymer battery.
Q: How long does the battery last
A: It provides a 24 hour charge. If not being used, I can still charge devices after several weeks of non usage. I keep it in case I run low on battery and it could be a month before I use it and it always is fully charged ready to go.
