A:AnswerNothing, that is the way this unit is designed! I have noticed that same toughness when inserting, and removing my own lightning cables. These are well-built power supplies with very tight tolerances. That toughness with removing and inserting the USB a end of your lightning cables equals durability.
A:AnswerYou don’t! This power supply automatically turns off when nothing is plugged into it. You can, however, simply check the state of charge by quickly, pressing and releasing the button that is near the four LED lights.
A:AnswerThis is the same exact thing that happened to mine and I was 1 day late in getting it back to the store and they told me to contact the manufacturer myself and I should be able to ask them if I could get a replacement.
A:AnswerI read if only 2 lights it’s failing. The factory says they are shipping me another. Make sure to upload your receipt on the site when making a claim.
A:AnswerThe USB-C port is the only one in my opinion. But with the output it has. Honestly it’s the only port it needs. If you’re trying to charge other stuff crazy fast you might need to be using a wall. You don’t wanna overwork a battery pack. Then again I always have two separate battery packs in my backpack at all times. So I suppose it’s different for me.
