• it was emailed from the bestbuy for pre-orders. then you redeem that code at nintendo e-shop.

• They should have emailed you the code but they didn’t with mine. I had to call customer support. I got the email the next day and then 2 more codes the next two days. If u haven’t gotten it make sure to call them.

• Mine was emailed to me. I didn't know there was a pre-order so I wasn't expecting it but it was pretty obvious in my inbox what it was. Contact Best Buy if you actually pre-ordered it through them
