• it was emailed from the bestbuy for pre-orders. then you redeem that code at nintendo e-shop.

• Best Buy botched this preorder. I did mine online through their website and I had to hound customer service on the phone to get my preorder bonus. Took 3 calls over 2 days to get Shao Kahn code. By that time i found out the game wasnt what i was expecting.
