• it was emailed from the bestbuy for pre-orders. then you redeem that code at nintendo e-shop.

• The game did come with the code, best buy took a while to email them out tho.

• Shao Kahn was free with the preorder of the game. If you did not preorder you will have to buy him as dlc on the eshop. Just throwing it out there frost shows up as purchasable but you can unlock her for free buy playing the story which does not take long. It baffles me why they have her like that. Enjoy the game!

• Someone said they got the code in their email from Amazon, but I didn't see anything in my email about it from Best Buy. I was really looking forward to it I wish I had ordered from Amazon..
