When I Pre Order how can I get the digital version? null

Through email with a code . You have to go on the PlayStation store to redeem your code

its a digital download. they give u a code and u download onto your gaming system

It will usually be sent to your email so check periodically and even in the span section.

Preorder is over, but when you could they would email you the code if that is the way you ordered it.
