No this is only the standard edition you’d have to buy Mortal Kombat 11 Ultimate if you’d want the all the add on characters and the new aftermath story.

When you buy the mortal kombat 11 you will get the story mode and most characters will be unlocked except the characters like the joker, rain, spawn, and those to be in Mortal Kombat 11 aftermath but other characters like rambo, and mileena has to be purchased extra through the online shop like PS store and ect.
