Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Shao Kahn was the only preorder bonus, so if you preordered, you should have received a code to redeem for him. The beta was only for a few days, so depending when you preordered, you might not have had access to it or missed the window it was around. The only other way to get more characters bundled in was to get the premium edition which featured the Kombat pass which allowed access to the first wave of DLC fighters. Check your receipt and/or inbox and spam folder for the code for Shao Kahn.
