- Answer I am waiting for mine as well. I picked up the game and pre ordered it but I received no insert with a code. My receipt mentioned that we should receive a separate email with a code attached. Still waiting

- Answer Check an email from Best Buy with the code. You should got an email about 2 days after you pre ordered the game.

- Answer I received code, but it said it’s no longer valid. I’m in the process of figuring this out as we speak! Seems as tho someone at Best Buy used my code before I was able to.

QuestionWe pre-ordered our Mortal Combat 11 online and received the beta code via email post purchase. There is no ShaoKahn access on the game we picked up last night. We entered the code on the box but no Shao Kahn. Do we have to get to a level to get him?
