“Will the wireless charging still work with a case over it and if so will a normal case fit over the top or will I need to find a special case to go over it? How would I find such a case? Thanks.”

Mines worked with a case over it but it did not suite well. A normal case will not fit. You will either have to get an off brand or one of those black belt case type of holder.

Wireless charging should be ok - IF the case is not metallic nor very thick. Silicone type cases that are thin ends "stretchy" should fit with this shell case/back cover - BUT I do not have a separate case so cannot say for sure on fitting.

A normal case will not fit over the phone with the charging back on.

No, you can’t put a case over it. Or any mod for that. It’s mod or case.
