• Mine tells me the number calling, if I want to take it I just push the button and begin to talk.

• Noooo it only read off the numbers that's on the in coming call, like who gonna remember 500 numbers in my contact

• That might all depends on your phone. I hit the ear piece button and say call mom. But that is the phone dialing for me not the Bluetooth. Texts work the same way. I would check worth your phone provider
