Go to the bluetooth menu on phone and click to add this device. It will search and connect it.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Make sure the Bluetooth icon is turned on in your phone (settings/Bluetooth) then flip the boom open. Most of the time the phone will automatically pair (connect) but every so often I have to close the boom and reopen it in order for it to pair with my phone.

Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I'm not sure with the 5C...I have the iPhone 5. However, it has asked me on occasion to enter the zeros. I go to the Bluetooth menu in settings. By the time you turn on the Bluetooth, you should see Motorola Boom on Bluetooth devices. AT THE SAME TIME that you press on the Motorola Boom option in Bluetooth settings, press on the center answer button on the Bluetooth, but keep it pressed until YOUR PHONE indicates the word connected. Hope this helps!
