That will depend on the size and entry into your ear canal of your hearing aid. This device has two types of eargel, one that enters the ear fairly significantly, and one that only breaches the outer ear a little. As long as you have a fully in the ear hearing aid, you should be able to use this. You might also be able to cut a small slice in the eargel to allow for the wire to your control box if you have the type that links the earpiece to a control box.

Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Well, the headset is not an "in-ear" piece, meaning that it sits just in the hollow portion of your ear. If your hearing aid is something that buries in deeper, and does not prohibit an object from sitting in that hollow space, then you may be good to go!
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. If by that there is an option to use it with only the ear hook and the gel pad rests on the outside of your ear, then yes. There are no M or T ratings for these, but the noise cancellation may also help.

Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. Not sure. I sits right inside the ear but more on the outside. It has a ear loop to hold it in place so it might.
