All you have to do is touch the volume until it reaches the top of the volume I hear loud & clear

Like my dad who is almost deaf and has the tv at max volume loud -No Window down on freeway driving and can hear - Yes You have an up and down volume on the edge of it as well as an on and off (answer/hang up) button. It's smaller than some so it doesn't rub on the side of your face.
