the manual on page 13 settings press and hold the call button while turning on the headset , then follow the voice prompts the language is the first one #2 is the factory reset and will erase parring so that have to be redone

Listen for the language prompts. I continued to hold the call button threw Spanish and released the call button on English which was the second language. Hopes this helps as the other descriptions weren’t as detailed.
