The smartphone fails to fully charge when in use, resulting in the phone becoming warmer than expected. Using it while it's charging will use more power, making it take longer to fully charge. - Answer If your account is still on Sprint, you may need to transfer your account to T-Mobile and a T-Mobile plan first, then the phone works great on T-Mobile (I did this yesterday).
