• Aside from the modem, there is a power supply cable, a 7/16" mini-wrench (which I do not recommend using on the modem itself, but this is sized to fit cable connectors), a cord-management piece of velcro, and a yellow ethernet cable which is probably about 3' in length.

• Just one single port, the idea is to get a router.

• It has only one ethernet port so you need a router if you have more than one device.
