• I bought this and the installer said it is compatible BUT if you want to use the Triple Play (phone as well as TV and internet) it is not supported for phone.

• I am using this modem with Xfinity who is owned by Comcat, so I imagine it would work fine. Just remember you will have to also buy a WiFi router if you want wireless. This modem does not provide a WiFi signal.
