• Depending on the model you buy, some come on leather bands others on silicone rubber bands and there are some which I understand are hard to get in the stainless steel and yes it is a 22 mm band.

• Yes, mine has a 22mm stainless steel band. You can buy the watch with several bands including leather and stainless steel in a variety of sizes for both men and women. You can also get it with 42mm or 46mm diameter watch faces.

• The band that is attached to the watch is 22mm it does not have an extra band. Though you are able to buy bands seperately.

• No, the watch comes with a type of flexible silicone band. In my opinion, it would look a bit funny with a stainless steel band.
