I was told by a Consumer Cellular rep that this phone will work fine outside the USA, but best if you choose to use T-Mobile for your carrier via Consumer Cellular if you want service outside the US. If you simply call Consumer Cellular they can fill you in on specifics for wherever you might need to use the phone. They are very friendly. This phone is very friendly to use and we like it very much.

This phone works in and outside the US but can't guarantee that all carrier features will work outside the US as this phone is a US variant and has a different band. I would suggest contacting your preferred service provider to see if this phone will work with their service. We do not encourage customers buying a phone from a different country as the warranty and compatibility are limited to where it was purchased. -Jhei
