• I bought it to my husband and he chooses at&t and it works week, I think you can choose yours if it's unlocked!

• For sure, if the phone says USA unlocked you'll be able to use it with every carrier across the USA,. The phone came unlocked from factory, you can feel free to use it in Texas.
