I chose the Motorola E5 plus, which I just got about a month ago, it seemed to have more features than other phones. My LG phone stopped operating correctly, ie. when making phone calls, I could barely hear my wife when talking, even with the volume all the way up, it was only 15 months old. The Motorola phone had a GREAT manual/how to use pamphlet, that I wish I had when I bought the LG. The instructions were very thorough, easy to understand. The battery lasts a long time. I only use it to make phone calls, maybe eventually I'll download the GPS App when I travel this summer. I don't spend my life on the phone, like most of the population.

She had been intimidated by the cost and technology of smart phones in general. This is her first smart phone and she loves it. The Consumer Cellular service reps have been excellent in helping us set up the phone.
