• Yes I have mine set up with a Verizon CDMA through straight talk

• CDMA is supported but you will need a SIM card activated on a different phone first. Then insert the SIM card to the Moto G4 and it should work. Verizon will tell you that I will not work if you take it to them. Use the method above.
