Hi Edward, You may try a factory reset at http://bit.ly/2fb7S1s but be sure to back up your data. Just in case this did not resolve the issue, it's best to submit it for replacement. We do have 1-year standard warranty for a phone. You may check and visit this link: http://bit.ly/1nSdHPq for your replacement options with the fees. This is for US warranty phone only.
