Yes. No point in keeping a product which is not functioning
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.If there's an issue with the phone that's causing it not to work you can take it back within 14 days. If the phone is activated there's no refund on prepaid service but you would have to transfer the service to the replacement phone. You may be able to get a refund on the phone but not the prepaid service. I believe.
