• I bought this phone at Best Buy yesterday and am also an existing cricket customer. I called cricket prior to swapping my sim card(per another persons advice). They updated the imei # from the new phone and checked to verify data/phone connection were operating properly..it took just five minutes for me to complete. This is a great phone and value in my opinion.

• Yes you can just put in your sim card. You get to avoid $25 Cricket upgrade fee.

• Yes you can. Just take your sim and sd card out and ad it to the new phone. That's it. It's super easy
