- Answer As this is an unlocked mobile, you shouldn't have a problem using with T-Mobile pre-paid plan. I'm using lyca mobile sim card with this mobile with no issues.

- Answer Easy if it an open box it is refurbished, if the box has NEVER opened it is Brand new. Refurbished item most time are check for training and authorized personnel as an equal person from Phone maker factory.
