SIM card is NANO and it's best to get from mobile carrier (4G/LTE card). There is Android app called "Smart Switch" (unknown about Apple) to transfer contacts, photos, media, and downloaded apps. You will put app on old phone, then put app on new phone and follow prompts. Hope this information helps.
