Seems to have very little bloatware and no adds.

Zero bloatware. Its as pure as it gets... it does have some motorola apps on it, but nothing major. Works like a charm.

The one I purchased from Best buy does not. I believe the one from Amazon for prime members does have ads on the lock screen. As far as bloatware depends on your experience with stock Android. I consider it very clean.

As of my knowledge answer is no. No ads or any misc software's in phone.

Very little bloatware and no ads unless you download free apps which contain ads. This is why this has a very long battery life. Very impressed. Go Motorola/Lenovo!
