“I keep seeing different answers regarding providers. I got the universal unlocked and it says it is compatible with Verizon but then I see you can't use it without a new SIM card. The phones are being delivered tomorrow. Could you please clarify this?”

Go online to Page Plus Cellular (who sells Verizon time and data in various plans) and you can get a sim card shipped free for 0.99 cents. If you need to, you can chat on line or call their number for help as to which sim card you need. After the sim card arrives, follow the directions that came with the phone, and install the sim card. Then CALL Page Plus Cellular on a different phone, and they will walk you through the process of setting up the phone. I have been using Page Plus Cellular for over five years and have been very satisfied with it.
