QuestionSometimes apparently some of my words get dropped according to the person I'm talking to. Happens more using the speaker than not using the speaker. Is this a phone issue or service provider (Mint Mobile) issue?

- Answer buyer518, thank you very much for your answer. I have been communicating with Mitch, a Motorola agent. He suggested starting the phone in "Safe Mode" which means 3rd party applications are not loaded. The speaker function seemed to work much better. I'm guessing the problem might be having AVG which I loaded. The anti-virus program admits to draining battery faster and I believe it also has the capability of temporarily interrupting something like a phone call for brief periods due to monitoring activity. The original problem I reported has been reported multiple times on the Reddit form about this phone...I believe indeed it is a 3rd party program interfering with the phone usage so I have now uninstalled AVG and will continue to monitor.

- Answer The 2021 version has a 6.6" screen with a 60Hz Refresh Rate. I've read that the 2022 version will go to a 6.5" screen with a 90Hz refresh rate
