Hi Motorola customer service, As a moto user I have bad experience with my (Moto X Pure Edition) last 4 years, After one year Motorola sent me a refurbished sell phone that was in 2017, Couple months later the heating issue showing up again, Drain battery quick, Long time to charge and high heating with any task.
That's why I'm asking, The normal heating is acceptable but abnormal heating is not.
