QuestionHi I purchase the 2021 model and it had many problems,one being screen freezing, stuttering , functions act up . Phone acts like it was possesed. Are the same problem,s still present in this 2022 model?

- Answer I had a late 2020 version that occasionally would act up but a simple shut off, wait 60 seconds and restart would fix it. I have not had this problem to date with this phone.

QuestionDoes this phone get good reception? Even living in the country? The one I have (Samsung Galaxy AO2s)has horrible reception. Constantly dropping calls. Have to go outside my house just to talk on it.

- Answer Reception at first was spotty at best... After several trips to the AT&T store I found out they had kept my old chip card in it at purchase. The old chip was 4G and not compatible with 5G phone, though 4G is the only available service in the area I was in at the time. After convincing them to give me a new chip, phone works much better. Rarely ever drops a call except occasional poor reception with foreign calls on Whatsapp.

- Answer Stylus mounts in the phone quite nicely and even if you inadvertently bump it, it only ejects enough to pull it out so it won't be easily lost or broken. Feature is well thought through in current model.

- Answer I use Straight Talk Mobile and it works fine. If its an unlocked phone, it should work fine with ANY network.
