QuestionDoes Moto G Stylus need a screen protector added

- Answer It depends on how hard you are on your phones. I personally don't like using screen protectors. I have had several phones that I have kept for many years without any screen scratches. My last phone was a Droid Turbo that was six years old, no screen protector, and no screen scratches. I keep mine in my back pocket, I do use a soft silicone case to protect the corners in case its dropped, and I avoid laying it with the screen side down.

- Answer The SIM card is provided by your cellular service provider, and they can install it for you, but the cellphone comes with the tool needed to pop out the SIM and SD card holder on the side of the phone case, so it is very easy to do yourself, if you prefer. Note that internal memory storage that comes with this cellphone is 128GB and up to a 512GB Micro SD Card can be installed for additional storage.

- Answer I was thinking the same thing that the stylus was missing. I checked online where to find the stylus and found it. It's on the bottom right section of the phone near where you plug in the charger. Turn the bottom of the phone towards your face. You should see where the charger is connected, to the right are 5 little holes and then on the right corner is the stylus.

Questionto activate boost mobile now it doesnt give boost as a choice so I hit on sprint since boosts carrier is Sprint and it asks for a sprint pin # so I use my boost pin # and it wont go through. Yet Q&A said Boost is compatible with this phone.

- Answer I was told the same thing, so I did my own research. If this is an unlocked phone, all that is required is a Sprint SIM card, which they should provide when you purchase the phone. The sales person seemed reluctant to sell an unlocked phones. He seemed more interested in selling phones locked to the major carriers. I felt he was rude when I said I wanted to purchase the Moto. He informed me I would I need to go to a Boost Mobile store to activate the phone, and if it was incompatable, that I would be charged a $45 return fee. He did not provide the Sprint SiIM card. I had to come back later and ask for one. With the sim card, I was able to activate my phone over the Boodtvweb site without any problems, and the phone works finel

- Answer Hi Seth, thanks for your interest. Yes, you can buy and send it to India. However, we can't guarantee that all carrier features will work outside the US as this phone is a US Variant and has a different band. I would suggest contacting your preferred service provider to see if this phone will work with their service. We do not encourage customers buying a phone from a different country as the warranty and compatibility are limited to where it was purchased. Thanks. - Mike
