The screen size is 5 inches.

It's 2.75 x 5.75. I am in my 50's with "old people eyes" and I can see it really well with my spectacles on. It's a nice size. Not giant, but not tiny either. Much larger than a Apple 5C.

It's a five inch screen. BTW, you can always make the print larger through settings, or pinch open your fingers when resting on screen.
