A:AnswerIf you are staying with the same carrier it's just a matter of inserting the SIM card. As far as phone data; you could either backup to Google on your old phone, then use that backup on the new phone to restore it. Or...T-Mobile may have a cloud backup for your old phone then transfer it to the new phone....Or I've had the good folks at Best Buy do an in store backup phone to phone. Whichever way you choose it's a "one stop shop".
A:AnswerHi rjh464. It will be a pleasure to answer your question. We can't guarantee that all carrier features will work outside the US as this phone is a US Variant and has a different band. I would suggest contacting your preferred service provider to see if this phone will work with their service. We do not encourage customers buying a phone from a different country as the warranty and compatibility are limited to the country it was purchased. -Jose
A:AnswerThere are different versions of the moto G7. The $149.99 version is middle of the line. Check with the sales clerk, but all versions should work with your sim.
