I have been a T-Mobile customer. I purchased the Moto G7 at BestBuy and they moved the SIM card from my old phone to the G7. I did not have to activate a separate line.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I'm a Verizon customer. I got the discount for activation, but I had to pay an activation fee on my Verizon account; it is an unlocked phone. Existing Sim cards don't work with the discount.

You may put in your existing sim card to activate it but it would be best for you to contact your preferred carrier to further confirm. Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. If you are ready for an upgrade, you should be able to use a new phone as your upgrade..make sure the old phone has been unlocked to switch.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Yes, you are correct. To get the discounted price, you have to activate a new line. The price should show clearly how much it costs with activation (new line) and without activation (existing line)
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. You will need to activate a new line through Sprint to get the low price. If not you pay the activate latter price. There is always that fine print detail.
