Q: QuestionPhone is great, but why does it say this phone will support Verizon 5G? It most certainly DOES NOT!!! I bought it after being assured by Moto Care that it would work with Verizon 5G, so now I'm out $1200, and I can't return it. I'm not happy!

Q: QuestionDoes unlocked mean it will work in any country.I want to buy from best buy but will be using in India . Will it work with Indian sim card ?

Q: QuestionIn the company boxing it also says the packaging included a case for the mobile phone. Does this has too?

• A:Answer It does not come with a phone case for carrying your phone around. They are probably referring to the nice box/packaging it arrives in. They went a bit overboard on the packaging. You could use it as a display stand for your phone. It does come with a nice case for the charger and head phone adapter. But it is not a case for carrying your phone around with you. For a phone case, I went with the Evutec’s Karbon case. Fits nice and looks good. All the cases I could find did not appear to provide much protection should you drop the phone.

Q: QuestionHi. I'd like to buy the Motorola Razr5G phone. I need to know the following: can Best Buy activate this phone for Verizon use? Do I need to be in the store at the time it is activated? What about setting up the sim card? Data transfers?

• A:Answer This is how I purchased mine. I'm a current Verizon customer. Best Buy was able to access my Verizon account with my permission and activate my phone. I was in the store at the time that it was activated. They will also help you with setting up the sim card and data transfer. I think it's best to plan to be in the store for at least 30 minutes for the whole process to be completed depending on how much data you have to transfer from your old phone. Overall, this was a quicker and smoother process than going to Verizon!

Q: QuestionI know this Razr 5g will not work on Verizon's 5G Ultrawide band network. My question is will it work on Verizon's 5G Nationwide network, or just their 4G LTE network?

• A:Answer Yes it will do 5G data on Verizon's towers but it depends on where you're located. I have averaged around 160 Mbps on speedtest which is about 4x the speeds I got with my old 4G phone. Check verizon.com/coverage-map/ to see where there is 5G coverage.
